HiggnkfeParticipantWhat is the Cavaliers offer to LeBron? I know that they have the cap to offer him the max (20.7 MM I think), but I haven’t heard an offer from Cleveland. Extending from that, has he even met with Gilbert and Griffin and Blatt? Wouldn’t that be something he should be doing before deciding where to play?

CanadianGMParticipantNo way does Cleveland trade their 2012 1st round pick Zeller, 2013 1st round pick Karasev, 2016 1 st round pick and Jarrett Jack without having some direct contact from Lebron. They are not clearing the space for anyone else and if Lebron doesn’t t sign, Griffin just made the worst trade in NBA history. They have 24 million in cap room, they didn’t need to trade 3 1 st round picks to get rid of a 6.3 million dollar contract.

WhodunitParticipantWith that same logic, No way does Wade opt out of $40m/2yrs if he doesnt know LBj is coming back. Ditto for Bosh, or maybe not seeing he still got offered a max from Houston. No way does Granger sign for $4m/2yrs and McRoberts for whatever he signed for AS EARLY AS THEY SIGNED FOR (i think news of their signing came out like 5-6 days ago) without knowing they were singing up to contend for titles with LBJ. Nor is Shabazzz Napier so sought after in the draft.
See, you can flip the "Facts" to fit the view you want to present. THey may be facts but they may be skewered because we dont know all the details leading up to the facts or if they really are facts or a reporters concocted ideal.
This is exactly why there is such uncertainty in the media pegging where hes going, LBJ might already know but his firewall is impenetrable, credit to him an his team for keeping us guessing. This is exactly why its a interesting story and we keep checking our twitter time line.

PHXSUNDREAMPICK13ParticipantI think Lebron is playing favorites… Himself. He’s telling the NBA prospective teams to give me max money and provide the most favorable situation and i will think about it. So thats why Cleveland, Miami have made the moves and other teams arent making moves to see where the "King makes his kingdom"
p.S. I got my money on Miami.
