d-grizzlyParticipantcould clarks measurments possibly lift him in the draft? And what happens with harden?
i can’t see rubio or thabeet falling past 3.
i think it’s safe to think that, yes, these measurments will affect the outcome. THEY’VE ALREADY SHOWN THEIR TALENT..and now their measurments…so BOOOO the people who think measurments don’t matter.

eprizzle14ParticipantI knew Clark was going to measure 6’10, I think he’s worthy of a top 8 pick. Maybe as high as 5 to the Wiz. There will be tremendous value if he slips out of the top 10. I think Harden is a lock to go in the 4-9 range. Measurments do matter because if Beasley was 6’10 he wouldnt look like a shooting guard in the post.

Stanford hoopsParticipantactually harden is a 3-7 range ..okc is said to like him alot so he prob wont slip past them…i didnt know earl was that tall..i thought he has 6’8…and yeah height matters but it doesnt..it maters to the teams drafting for some dumb reason but once they are on the court it really doesnt matter as much

butidonthavemoneyI think Harden just raised his stock a little bit. Everybody thought he was too short but the measurements prove not only that he is taller than expected, but he is freaky long for a 2 guard (6-11 wingspan).
Now lets see if he can answer those athleticism questions…

d-grizzlyParticipantif mem took rubio for trade reasons, and okc took harden at third…where would thabeet end up? could he be low as 5-6?

tkd720manParticipantPhysical measurements only make a big deal when they reveal a BIG surprise – especially when you talk about height. Otherwise, it’s mostly academic.
Big surprises in these measurements are Jeff Adrien’s wingspan (massive), Hansbrough’s height, and probably Griffin’s wingspan (shorter than Hansbrough’s). Other than that, the numbers only put an objective measure on what people could already pretty much see for themselves.
The performance measurements are a little bit more interesting, but even they don’t make or break somebody (plenty of freakish athletes ended up being busts as players).

QHaynes123Harden- Harden can be a star. He could give a team a solid 20-5-5.
Clark- Lamar Odom like. If he has more drive then Odom, expect him to be good. Like 20-8-8 type good.

butidonthavemoneyI know Clark is a pretty good passer but 8 assists is quite a stretch.

QHaynes123it may happen….i mean if he could be Odom like and also where you mock him…
I think if he goes to a run-n-gun team…he could get alot of ast
maybe not 8 but like 6
