With the post (possibly) below me being about basically annoying hype, I guess I am just adding to the onslaught by posting this Chris Walker summer mix. The thing is, their was a news story yesterday (that was posted on the forum once from RealGM and once from the Gainesville Sun, of which I posted in the News links before either) basically about Walker declaring himself a likely one-and-done. Yes, this can be perceived as arrogance. Yes, it is ridiculous to call him a "sick mix of Shawn Kemp and Perry Jones III" (though, lets be honest, he is not making it up. Someone must have said this to him.) Still, I do not think he should be perceived to negatively.

He is a kid, one who has been in the spotlight hardcore for the last two summers. He is near 6’10, has long arms, can run the floor and has some obvious natural ability. Guys with his size and athleticism do not grow on trees. There are players like him in the NBA, just most teams tend to crave his attributes. He is skinny, he definitely needs polish and to say some of the things he said, well, some might say he is more cocky than confident (the Anti-Jigga, "I ain’t cocky, I’m confident….."). Still, I have a feeling this kid will not be staying around college for long.

Not saying he is a sure shot lottery pick, just know that he certainly shows qualities and ability the NBA craves. Hopefully he works on his body, has a strong senior year. He may be a one-and-done people question, but on the other hand he may provide a legit reason for leaving early. Time will tell, just know that people are definitely putting it into his head that he will not have to stay in college for long. His job will be making sure he backs this claim up with a strong freshman season at Florida that make his leaving early seem like the right decision.

 nerlens noel without the hype

 The kid Chris Walker is a beast in the run and jump department. Nerlens Noel from the games I’ve seen on tv or the internet he looks to be just a average 7 footer, that the nba use to have a lot of like John Sally. This highlight mix he does look like a legit skilled player though, he might just need some more time to show it being a 7 footer.

Kid really needs o improve his skill-set. He has upside, but all he can do on offense is dunk.

 the question is, how far is his stock gonna rise. he’s currently #8 on espn, i expect to battle for that 6th spot with aaron gordon. james young i think will drop
