OhCanada-ParticipantOctober 27th Bulls at Thunder
I cant wait until that game it is gonna be Nationally broadcasted in the states and it will be on WGN for those of you in Canada who have Bell or Rogers digital cable. Who knows maybe they will have it on NBA TV as the game of the week. If none of these options are available there are various websites where you can watch this game online. What I wanna know is your opinions on the following subjects.
1-Who will win the PG matchup Westbrook or Rose?
2-Who willl start for both teams?
3-Which team will win?

OhCanada-Participant1-I think this matchup will be a draw but Westbrook will most likely have the better stats.
2-BULLS:PG-Rose,SG-Brewer,SF-Deng,PF-Boozer,C-Noah
THUNDER:PG-Westbrook,SG-Harden,SF-Durant,PF-Green,C-Aldrich
3-Bulls win in a close one.

TyroberParticipanti cant wait to watch this. Head to head I think Westbrook is going to outplay Rose. He has before when these guys go at teach other. Both teams are much improved from last year and it is going to be a great game.
I agree with the lineups above but I do not believe Aldrich will start that fast. I think Krystic starts until midway through the season

gregoden08ParticipantRose almost always outplays Westbrook. Don’t know what you’re talking about.

dwat4444ParticipantThunder starters will almost definetely be Westbrook, Sefolosha, Durant, Green, Collison. No way aldrich or ibaka start, sorry but its not happening. and if kristic is actually out its going to be collison, like it was last year.
-Rose will win the pg battle no doubt.
-I think the thunder should win, but it’ll be interesting to see Green vs. Boozer all night, should be a great individual matchup.

Mr. 19134ParticipantCollison got another bone bruise in his knee who knows if this is a lingering injury. The Thunder’s best big man is Ibeka so I see no reason why he wouldn’t start, especially with Krstic and Collison being brittle.
I hope Harden finally starts too.
And lookin at the Bulls lineup they got nobody who can hit an outside shot on that team. They gonna be easier to defend then people think if they don’t get some perimeter shooters I know they got Korver but they need somebody whose starting material.

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantI don’t think that Harden should start until they get a better bench. The biggest problem I see with their starting line-up is Jeff Green at power forward. I would much rather see him come off of the bench as a small forward in a 6th man role. Durant at the 3, Ibaka at the 4, Aldrich at the 5 (after Aldrich bulks up).

mgreener_34ParticipantWestbrook over Rose. Rose is going up against a top defense, and being guarded by one of the best defenders on the Thunder…Westbrook on the other hand isn’t.

well westbrook isnt being guarded by a top defense neither is Rose because its proven that westbrook cant guard him at all and rose out shines him everytime they play from college on and it gets the point where they take westbrook off of him and we all seen what he did to thabo so i cant agree with your argument exp when last season it was easier to defend rose because he didnt have anyone else on his team who could make you pay if you tried to double or trap him westbrook on the other hand does not see those types of defenses and rose still avg 20 while shooting 49% from the feild
this past season
and in this game like 4 or 5 different people where on rose

SwatLakeCityParticipantThis should be a good game. Thunder should win in a close one.
But I’m really excited for Feb. 9 Bulls @ Jazz. The day Boozer, Brewer and Korver all return back to Utah. Expect the crowd to yell BOOOOOOZ. It will be sweet, to be finally hear what he should have received for treating Utah the way he did. Great game too. Dwill vs Rose. Big Al vs Booz. Should pan out for quite a matchup, filled with intense rivalry, both on and off the court. Also it will be nice to see Korver and Brewer talk to Dwill like long time buddies, and then he goes out and just creams both of them. Making them wonder why they ever left the Jazz. Jazz should win in a close one as well. (Its not on national tv, but if your a local (Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana parts of Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington) then you should be able to watch it on FSN Utah.
*Sorry for going off topic but I just couldn’t resist. This game will be too good.
