The Cavs are expected to announce a starting lineup change (finally), and I would be shocked if it isn’t Cedi Osman over JR Smith. Seriously, not only has he been dominating JR statically this year, but I would even say he’s a better player based off his stats in Euroleague last year compared to JR (where he averaged the same amount of points on higher a higher % in 10 less minutes)

There is no way to really look at there stats since Osman plays so little minutes, but for what it’s worth, he averages more points on a higher % per 36, twice as many rebounds, and gives them some of the size that IT lacks

Makes sense to me and I have no clue why this hasnt already happened. Osman has played well when given minutes. He is 6’8 225 and his the size length and quickness to play SG, SF and PF. He can hit open shots, handle the ball, pass and rebound. Effective in transition and very athletic. Makes no sense why he isnt playing more in Cleveland, its like theres too many politics or something. JR Smith is trash and has been for a while now, worst starter in the league right now.

Coach LeBron is my theory. Has never liked playing without his peers but he should realize all his peers are old now

JR just flat out sucks, and he shouldn’t be starting. Wade should start at the 2, followed by Korver as their second option, then JR. Osman is more of a forward to me than a guard.

JR ain’t worth a bag of nachos cheese doritos.. He shouldn’t be playing at all IMO… Crowder has also been awful on both ends.. They have to start making moves now because a line up change won’t keep Lebron from leaving, even though I think he’s out.

It’s Tristan over Crowder. Smith should definitely go to the bench too though. I think they’re waiting on the G. Hill trade to give him the other guard spot.

Sources say they are far apart on that deal. Cleveland doesn’t have a lot to get rid of that has value outside of that Nets pick.
