d-ravParticipantWe all Evan Turner’s a wizard with the ball (operating better with it). Problem is, IGGY too is ball-reliant. You guys think they should trade IGGY instantly, or see how the 2 pan out in the meantime?

JNixonParticipantBoth of them are unselfish. And I don’t get this idea that Iguodala is ball-reliant. He’s actually anything but. He’s not even a truly great scorer really. Both can operate off the ball (Turner played a good deal off the ball as a Sophomore at OSU and was a lottery talent) and bothrs have passing skills that help alleviate the fact that Jrue Holiday isn’t a true playmaker who makes his teammates much better than they already are. Also helps that all 3 players are good defenders. I think this can definitely work out.

d-ravParticipantFair enough. What becomes of Thaddeus Young though? Role player or trade asset?

joecheck88Participanti agree with iggy but even with turner who shoots? none of them are shooters and even when lou williams and thaddeus young come in there are still no shooters. that is this teams problem. maybe hawes will help some but it think iggy will end up gone by next years draft at the latest.

the I in winParticipantThaddeus becomes a 4 predominantly. He will probably be traded or at least rumored to be moving.

JNixonParticipantThaddeus Young will probably be the 6th man. Where his mismatch ability is better used, I would think. Either they trade Iguodala at some point which would make the starter, or they use Young in a 6th man role.

the microwaveParticipantlast season – iggy was totally ball reliant.. I do agree he does not need to be ball reliant to be succesful but he was horrible last yr.. if he averaged 15/6/6 he would be fantastic like he once was.. I do expect Doug collins to put him in his place and let iggy know what time it is… Iggy will succeed next yr, but lets not fool ourselves with his horrible play last yr.. That whole tm other than Jrue Holiday played like buttcheeks last yr..
if turner is drafted IMO thad, or iggy have to go… I agree iggy is a better player currently but with the amount of money he is being over payed it handicaps us as a franchise… Someone has got to go, unless thad / iggy show EXTREME shooting improvement from last yr.

kanebangerParticipanti think they can co exist and i agree iggy isnt ball dominant hes anything but. They are both unselfish and i think they would work together just fine
