OhCanada-ParticipantGame tied at 67 due to TJ Fords half court buzzer beater. Gettin some run due to Collisons injury, proving he can play at this level.

Michael.S.ParticipantPrice was really struggling handling the ball, Collison is really being missed.

HaleParticipantRose to the rescue!
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:03pm #523009
cward23ParticipantRose is just unstoppable, i do wonder when or if he’s ever gonna become a good defender. As quick as he is and athletic he should be better on the defensive end
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:03pm #523010
Michael.S.ParticipantGet George on Rose.
Huge shot by Price.

0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:13pm #523018
BasterdInABasketParticipantthose 2 on Noah werent fouls though
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:14pm #523019
afree15Participantthe second one on noah was clearly a foul if you look at the replay

Pacers_Fan33ParticipantI swear on my life these 2 games were fixed, pacers should be up 2-0 and C-Webb knows it, along with anybody who isnt blind
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:15pm #523023
Demarcus OnealParticipant`wow the Pacers just got screwed over by the refs that phantom offensive foul and then the blatant push by Boozer on Foster
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:16pm #523024
Demarcus OnealParticipantdumbest foul ever….
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:16pm #523025
BasterdInABasketParticipanthe blocked the shot then hit his arm after.. not a foul
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:16pm #523026
Michael.S.ParticipantHow does Rose not get a tech there?!?
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:16pm #523027
BasterdInABasketParticipantCWebb knows it cuz it happened to him vs the Lakers
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:17pm #523028
Michael.S.ParticipantThats a damn tech.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:18pm #523030
afree15Participantthe more and more I watch the bulls the more and more I wonder how they did so well during the season
rose is obviously amazing but boozer is not that great and noah is terrible he just thinks he is good when he gets airball rebounds and throws down a wide open dunk and acts like he just threw down on someone
the bulls will not beat the heat or celtics
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:19pm #523031
OhCanada-ParticipantTheyve been beating the Heat and Celtics all year long.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:19pm #523033
KayjayParticipantIs highly overrated. Remember Lebrons 61 wins.Talent wins games, teams win championships. Bulls defense has also contributed to season wins. They can be incredible defenders. But they need Rose to score at a high level or else they will come up short.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:20pm #523034
afree15Participantif the bulls didnt have kyle korver or the refs on the payroll the series would be very different
I’m not even a pacers fan and I feel the pain their fans must be having
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:22pm #523037
Michael.S.Participant"if the bulls didnt have kyle korver or the refs on the payroll the series would be very different"
Ding Ding Ding, Winner. Soooo true.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:25pm #523040
BasterdInABasketParticipantthis series was starting to remind me of chicago – boston first round two years ago. haopefull indy keeps playign like this at home
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:25pm #523041
OhCanada-ParticipantKayjay I swear to god you and Lebrons 61 wins. You use that in Lebrons defense when you say he is the best basketball player in the game, and now you say it is meanngless. Which one is it, is the 61 wins meaningless or do they mean he is the best player in the game?
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:30pm #523046
DanEboyParticipantBulls just win, thats all that matters. It may not be pretty but they get it done.
The best finisher in the game just finished another one…14- 4th quarter points.
Defense was awesome and they killed them on the glass.57-33
But you guys can keep blaming the refs.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:31pm #523047
KayjayParticipantRelax homie. When I say 61 wins, its impressive, everything Rose has done is impressive. But the thing is, carrying a team and having an mvp season is kind of a curse man. You can win as much as you want in the regular season but when it comes time to show up in the playoffs, your teammates dissapear. Lebron spent 8 years battling this problem. Until eventually he went with a more enticing idea. He just wanted to feel comfortable. Dirk battles it out with the same thing too. Shawn Marion is NOTORIOUS for dissapearing the play offs. I’m just saying, regular season wins are impressive, but doesn’t mean as much as a championship does. Lakers played shitty all last year, and some how turned up with a championship. Why?
Because Kobe had help. Everyone needs it, even Rose.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:32pm #523048
afree15Participantderrick rose the best finisher in the game……
good one….
not even close
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:34pm #523049
DanEboyParticipantNot even close? good one.
All you guys can take my points…enjoy them…I am not McDunkin, I don’t care.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:40pm #523055
afree15Participantthe only person on the bulls i have seen "finishing" this series is kyle korver
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 6:44pm #523056
TheLastWordParticipantIndiana is awful, and almost beat the Bulls again. Not a good sign as the Heat blow out a better team by 20+
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 7:13pm #523064
OhCanada-ParticipantYou guys are not only retarded if you think Rose is not the best finisher in the league, but your retarded if you actaully think that Derrick Rose did not win two games for the Bulls. Like are you serious. What game are you watching. Do you see the plays he makes in the final 5 minutes. Who keeps passing Korver the ball? Get real.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 7:15pm #523065
OhCanada-ParticipantIndiana is not awful they are playing great basketball, and amazing defense. The Bulls can be held responsible for their lack of intensity on defense, and their season high turnovers but dont discredit the effort this Pacers team is giving.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 7:31pm #523068
omphalosParticipantIndiana has really played well, they’ve got a lot of talent, just underperformed under O’Brien. I wouldn’t call them awful by a big margin. Also, they made a great decision playing George on Rose; he’s quick enough laterally to stay in front more often than not, and long enough to bother him when he drives, Rose really had to work for his points tonight. Plus, it’s not as if their PG can’t defend whoever the Bulls SG is.
I don’t think this will be a sweep, Chicago is going to lose at least one game this series, probably the first home game in Indiana.
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 7:50pm #523070
billykParticipantDanny Granger is a straight BLACK HOLE he literally shoots every time he touches the ball… It’s easy to say this or that about refs in hindsight, but most people don’t realize how hard it is to make split second calls combined with crafty players that flop and try to manipulate calls…
0 - Posted on: Mon, 04/18/2011 - 7:58pm #523071
marcusfizer21Participanta win is a win… as a fan I’ll take it no matter how ugly the game went and how the Pacers almost killed my Bulls out there… One thing though, the Bulls HAS GOT TO TAKE CARE OF THE GODDARN BALL… damn! The Bulls should not just rely on Derrick Rose too much… Guys gotta knock down their shots because it’s been Rose, Rose, Rose and Rose picking up the slack…damn
0 - Posted on: Tue, 04/19/2011 - 2:04am #523094
M-DYMESParticipantThat shot by TJ Ford was the only thing in his game worth $14 millioin
0 - Posted on: Tue, 04/19/2011 - 3:19am #523102
mj23mj23besteverParticipantits almost a joke how bad the officiating is in the play offs totally agree pacers should be up 2 0 at least even series but o no the nba isnt having it good mention on how c webb knows all about takin it in the azz against the lakers the nba is all about money and ratings period
0 - Posted on: Tue, 04/19/2011 - 5:09am #523126
jarviswiseParticipant@ afree15
so kyle korver makes a couple big threes. which don’t get me wrong were huge shots. but im pretty sure in game one rose scored the three positions before that. and made the pass to the wide open korver because EVERYBODY was watchin drose.
its more to closing an nba game than making the final shot. watch how drose closes games and how he gets to the basket at will. this has been there all year and will continue throughout the playoffs.
is the best closer in the league? no. is he up there with the best closers? i think so.
