    Too build the perfect coach several factors go into deciding who’s right for the job. Now, with that be said no coach is perfect but let’s try too build the perfect college coach based on your thoughts. Use a certain coach no more then twice please.

    Ability with X’s and O’s –

    Ability too recruit –

    Defrnsive principals –

    Offensive style of play –

    Fan base –

    Ability to devolp the talent they have –

    Finally how about an arena –

       Fan base….Roy Williams?!? You’ve got to be kidding me. The "wine and cheese" crowd that doesn’t sell out home guys?  Pft.  If your head coach has to tell fans they need to be better fans, that’s no bueno.

         I was simply going by the number of Tarheel fans nationwide..,more the sheer number of fans than the quality of the fans in the area. The arena question dealt more with the fans at the game in my mind but I see why you would question my pick.
