 Somebody ripped a post I posted here, and made this other video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch

It had a woman’s voice. I just used some of that audio and made a newer, fleshed out version of it.

I chose a woman’s voice for the KDurant part, so it would match with the other.

Dr J just turned 66 years old. If he was born 46 years later and was about to enter the league, I think Brandon Ingram would be the closest thing to him…

Smooth with long arms. Over the years, humans are getting bigger so he would be around 6″10 and would have developed an outside jump shot in this new era.

I just think their using advanced techniques to create the illusion of height. 

I’ve got a few pairs of NBA kicks, and I’ve measured myself in all of them (im somewhat obsessed with height liars)…and none of them add 2 inches of height….the average is 0.75 of an inch. The only ones that added more than an inch were the old "Shocks", (the ones which looked like they had springs under the soles, which were terrible shoes to play in btw)

I suspect the following….

1) Heights are rounded up to the nearest inch (6’1.125" = 6’2")

2) Players are wearing 3 pairs of woolen socks, despite draft combines being held in the middle of summer (= 6’3")

3) They’re fitting shoes with custom gel inner soles, in addition to an inner boot. (=6’3.5")

4) They’re stretching and even hanging upside down for 30 minutes prior to the measurement to fully extend their ligaments (known to temporarily add half an inch) (=6’4")

5) In the case of Iman Shumpert, growing a high-top fade. (=6’7")
