Book it, the Suns might want to go away from two point guards because Booker can play.

    32 points, 6 of 11 from outside.

Bledsoe or Knight, someone there should choose which one to keep.

When a healthy Len is scoring inside, and right now he isn’t at his best, it will open more shots up for Booker.

I have watched almost every Suns game this season and this guy can ball. Booker has Klay Thomspson potential as a 2-way player and is the exact type of building block that the Suns need to start their rebuild. Keep in mind, he just turned 19 in October and is the youngest player in the NBA.

I agree that whilst the 2 pg system they have does work and makes for entertaining games, But if you have a talent like Booker sitting in the wings then it would be a smart idea to make a move esp if other positions can get better upgraded..

My idea is something along the lines of a Eric Bledoe for Jahlil Okafor.. throw in a few pieces here or there but Philly can soak up his 13mil contract (which after this year and the cap going up is a bargain for a boarder line allstar PG locked in for 4 years) and Phoenix gets a cap friendly rookie contract of 5mil..

I understand that moves like this rarely happen but the problem with both teams is that they have studs at the same position.. Philly is all over the place right now with Embiid as a wildcard in this and Ish Smith balling like he is.. Bledsoe brings a stability as a starting/boarderline allstar PG who is only 26 years old.. He is young enough to be part of this youth movement but you cant just keep throwing 19-22year olds out there expecting them to develop properly.. Jah in Phoenix means you have your main core of Knight and Booker back court which is a good floor spacing backcourt for a legitimate Post player like Jahlil.. I know Len has potential but not the inside play Jah brings and the shots he would open up for booker and Knight. Len to backup and battle with Jah everyday in practice will only help his development.. That means getting rid of Chandler would be the next move..

    Just an idea tho..

Possibly flip Chandler to Boston for Amir Johnson and say Terry Rozier(who wont get minutes behind Smart, IT and Bradley) Amir hasnt been a good fit for boston so far.. Even tho a guy like Amir can fit with any team cause of his hustle there is just so much of a logjam at every position in Boston that they need to start doing 2 for 1s or even 3 for 1s cause right now other then David Lee they have young legit players at every position. I know its hard to trade an aging Chandler with his contract but Amirs is no better.. Sure its two years shorter but at least it gives Boston a Legit defensive center instead of rolling with a bunch of undersized pfs

Also im a Chicago fan not Phoenix even tho it may seem like it with these trades lol

Question is whether Phoenix wants to give up on Len, as he plays the same position as Okafor. Maybe a better idea could be to include Saric? Another option could be to send Bledsoe to the Celtics in exchange for draft picks and Lee, as I don’t see any other team willing or able to trade for Bledsoe.

Bledsoe is the answer.  He has the game and IQ to tear this league up with the rising sixers….negative.

Okafor is not someone the Sixers are just gonna throw away.  They need to get someone impactful in return, Bledsoe is a dme a dozen and the Suns are a stupid franchise, as they were when they had Dragic and brought in Knight all these PGs, eventually Dragic left, wisely.

You don’t understand that Okafor can kill anyone one on one in the post.  His game is being altered right now in preparation of Embiid.  Although he still has questions as far as ability to guard a stretch 4, his whole game right now is like that of an offensive power forward.  He is losing weight, and he’s only 19, his body will be molded into a powerful power forward.  And Embiid will play center.  Thats the future homie, Embiid and Okafor and Noel, and it’llall work out.  We’d rather have that problem than "Bledsoe and Knight and Booker" — of which I’d much rather have Knight or Booker.  I liked Booker a lot last year, glad he’s doing well.  If the Heat pick came over from the Sixers (it dind’t because they tanked 2nd half of season), I wanted them to take Booker, and would’ve hoped they took Booker over someone even like Winslow.

Sixers need consistent SHOOTERS and spacers at this point. Bigmen…solved.  Doubleteamed Bigmen are much harder to come by.

Suns have potential. Their roster is a lot better than their 13-30 record and they can still get the 5th-9th pick in the next draft.

I like Alex Len. Yes, he hasn’t been healthy a lot but I don’t think they give up on him. TJ Warren should develop into a good starter. I still like Archie Goodwin – he may never be a starter, but is young and talented enough to stick in the league

I would start to rebuild if I was McDonough. Booker-Warren-Len is a good core to start and you can get a star in this draft and more pieces trading Bledsoe, Knight and Markieff. I would trade Bledsoe and Knight because I think Eric would be dissapointed and tired about of a rebuilding project and Knight is not a good playmaker and Booker has to own the SG.

It’ll be hard to get full value for Bledsoe — the man is always injured

Bledoe or Knight have to go to free up time for Booker. I would lean toward trading Bledsoe because of his injury issues and he is a couple years older. The problem is who wants to take him, and for what? His contract isnt that bad for a starting pg with rising salary cap but he is ball dominant and doesn’t make guys around him better. At this point the Suns real needs are draft picks. If a team could would throw in a early to mid 1st round pick and an expiring contract at the Suns, that could be a win/win for both teams.
