Winning_TimeParticipantOnly reason may be that Miami is one of those team that’s targeted every night. Other than that, I have no idea

JNixonParticipantMiami has played 3 games in 4 days, one of which was a tough game last night, which doesn’t bode well against a team that’s young and athletic, no matter if it is the Bobcats. Charlotte hasn’t had to play as much.

RafterParticipantWe’ll see how it ends, i can’t imagine the Heat will go down quietly…

Scottoant93ParticipantJnixon is right the heat have played a lot the last 4 days that’s a lot of wear and tear on a team especially this early in the season.bobcats just taking advantage

i’m jus so offendedParticipantI’ve watched the whole game, though I’m on DVR so I’m only at halftime but the Bobcats have played with great energy and are knocking down everything. DJ is playing awesome, Biyombo and Kemba bring a huge spark. As fat as Boris is, he is a really nice all around player and they can hide him defensively on Joel. In terms of Miami, D Wade has been ineffective and Charlotte has limited the Heat’s offense to basically Lebron

inukawaii8Participantthis game makes me wish wade and lebron are not on the same team. Lebron is in beast mode with wade out…
and bobcat was winning bc they were playing team ball.. great passing and everyone is knocking down shots.. but yeah second half is a totally different story

Future_Scouthittin lucky shots. the bobcats shot 56% at the half with the heat playing decent defense. wade has his foot hurt. with that said, any team can beat any team

i’m jus so offendedParticipantAnnnnnnd then the 3rd quarter happened haha. Lebron went off. Charlotte basically played out of their minds 1st half, came back down to earth in the 2nd

omphalosParticipantI’d love for Charlotte to come away with a win here. It’s no coincidence that Kemba left the floor and Miami took the lead for the first time tonight.

KayjayParticipantThey out rebounded the Heat, played with energy, along with wade being hobbled by a small foot problem. Yet still Miami came away with the win. I don’t even know what to say. Slowly but surely I’m seeing why they are favorites this year.

bedrock23ParticipantWho else seen Wade doing the Cam Newton. SWAG!!!

db24kb24Participanthe played like he was scared of LBJ the whole game. I rather see derrick brown take it to james and get swatted/pinned or worse than see maggette get paid all that money and have the go-to bobcat label and take bail out fadeaways and give no resistence on D, and no effort.

omphalosParticipantI liked what I saw from Henderson today, now that he’s healthy there might be hope yet. That 3 was clutch and he was hassling Wade defensively for much of the night. Poor decision to take Kemba out by Silas, Augustin plays with too much ambition for a guy with mediocre ability, he had no business throwing up that three instead of trying to get a decent midrange shot, 2 seconds is plenty of time for that.

BigDParticipantI haven’t seen the game yet but i noticed Maggette was actually giving a lot of effort on D in the preseason. But if he was playing scared of LeBron thats disappointing, espcially for a guy of his physical abilities.

FastAndFuriousParticipantLebron is the best player in the NBA period.
Naw he hasnt won a ring, but far as strictly playing basketball, he is the best, and it baffles me that people really think otherwise.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantNothing about Norris Cole?? Really?? Come on guys!! He is the guy that is the best PG on the team and he wasnt even mentioned?
Im disapointed.

FastAndFuriousParticipantIf you watched the game you woulda saw Norris Cole didnt play that well tonight.

The8thDeadlySinParticipantIf you were here last night, you would know that this was sarcasm..
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/28/2011 - 5:35pm #619076
FastAndFuriousParticipantAnd if you look at your negative points for the sarcastic post you made, not too many people feel tha same way lol

The8thDeadlySinParticipantGreen thumb, pink thumb, its all the same to me.. I just like that people take the time to click one..
Everyone has a right to their opinion.. And some people will always "pink thumb" me.. Meh, I dont care because everyone knows that I know my stuff. Well, most of the time..

FastAndFuriousParticipantLol I aint pink thumb you tho bro

The8thDeadlySinParticipantAnd I "aint" say you did… Someone has a guilty conscience…

YurpleHazEParticipantSO will Diaw keep this up or him being out of shape eventually catch up with him(?)……if he keeps it up i could see charlotte easily making it as 6-7 seed…..
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/28/2011 - 7:07pm #619129
marcusfizer21ParticipantDJ Augustin has no business taking that 3 with 2.9 seconds left… That was a horrible play. He was trying to do too much.smh…
I don’t care if Biyombo’s offensive skills are raw, as long as he utilizes his 7’7 wingspan to block shots like the one he did against Bosh and grab rebounds. I was impressed with him tonight…
0 - Posted on: Wed, 12/28/2011 - 8:40pm #619171
omphalosParticipant@fizer; I approve of your choice of phrasing about DJs shot selection haha

Yo mammaParticipantA guy walks into a bar after a long day at work and orders a drink. After his first sip, he hears a high-pitched voice.
"Hey mister! Nice pants!" it says.
He looks around, doesn’t see anything, and quickly shrugs it off. After a little bit, he takes another sip and hears the voice again.
“Hey mister! Sweet shoes!”
Again, he looks around, sees nothing but a bartender who is busy attending to other customers. Shaking his head, he sips once more.
“Hey mister! Cool shirt!”
He puts down his drink, frustrated at this phantom voice, and signals to the bartender, who comes over.
“Hey barkeep,” he begins, “what is that high-pitched voice I keep hearing?”
“Oh, those are the peanuts,” he replies. “They’re complimentary.”
