The initial guy who accused Fine of sexual molestation said he made his allegations up because he is a "sociopath" and enjoyed lying to people.  Fine did have two other later accusers, but he likely won’t face charges.

That is a really despicable story.  Lying to destroy somebody’s reputation and livelihood is just terrible.  If he was really lying, darn right the guy is a sociopath.

That really is a terrible thing to do.. So is touching little boys, but if it turns out he never did that… Just wow. The guy(s) who lied should face some type of repercussions.

Maine nobody believed. His father had came out right afterward and said his son was a sociopath and liar. He made it up while being accused on a similar crime, was trying to use it as a "this is why I am sick" move. This has nothing to do with the Booby Davis ball boy that lived with Fine, whose wife is quoted saying Berny Fine wanted to molest him
