Ben Simmons is the most skilled prospect at 6’9" I’ve seen since Larry Bird. Even ahead of Kevin Durant at the same age.

He probably only gets a B+ for athleticism and B- for length, but I think he’s going to be a franchise player in the NBA. 

Hasn’t even started his HS Senior year yet!

I think he’s a dope prospect…  What I like about him is that he’s very decisive with his moves and doesn’t waste time head faking or dribbling…  BUT, he’s not better than Kevin Durant at that age…  Not even a little bit…  I watched Kevin in NC on his AAU team…  He was so dominant and could shoot at will…  I do think Ben is stronger than KD at that time, but that’s about it…  

Ben is very strong with the ball, I don’t think he has great handles though (there’s a difference)…   Mike Beasley is a good example, but Mike was more of a PF that wasn’t great at driving to the hoop…  No imagination at all with it…  I don’t like that comparison either… Although, I do see how you can make that connection…

I think he’s a mix of Tobias Harris and Jabari Parker actually…
