you can be athletic but not
you can be athletic but not elite because if you are elite you can do all of the above and at a great level.

I used to be athletic and
I used to be athletic and still have a little left over but I am like 5'9" I could dunk in high school and I was pretty quick but not fast.

What defines "athleticism"?
Is it your vert, 40 time, etc.? Or is it more based on stuff like being able to contort your body in midair? Cuz I think I'm pretty athletic, but my vert and speed need a lot of work
