     I know they haven’t been penalized for the Alex Pothress one yet, if ever, but I think Duke might have commited a violation today. Is it legal to have Nolan Smith and Kyrie Irving host Tony Parker on campus for an offical visit if they are not on the team and technically in the NBA. That means they were recruiting which pro players are not allowed to do. Does the lockout impact this?

    Well they are not officially NBA players since they haven’t signed contracts. They aren’t even apart of the Union so I dont think that qualifies as a violation

    Nolan Smith and Kyrie weren’t hosting Tony Parker…Quinn Cook was.

    SMH at people who are so desperate for Duke to commit violations that they just try to make one up out of the blue.

     I’m actually a Duke fan that was worried about this. Not making up a violation (well I was but I was misinformed). Oh and technically Duke is waiting on an Alex Poythress decision. I post about Duke all the time and am a huge fan (both parents went to the Fuqua school of bussiness), and I was just heoping it was not a violation becasue I thought this actually happened. Sorry to everyone.
