Jdean24ParticipantHow much better does Wiggins makes KU next year? Big 12 title favorites? National title contenders? Let me know what you think..

strobox88ParticipantFinal Four contender, which means they are capable of winning it all, but if not, they should get to the Final Four before they lose. That’s pretty good though reality remains to be seen.

he_gets_bucketsParticipantI think people are over estimating how much he is going to score, I dont think he will be the 20 ppg scorer that every one is predicting. I dont think averages more then 18 points, he isnt all that aggresive, and doesnt have an in between game yet. Against the college defenses with a lot more trees in the middle, I think he is gona have a harder time getting easy dunks, and lets not forget he is going to a pretty good Kansas side with other great scorers, such as Wayne Selden, who i could easily see averaging more then Wiggins. Still gona be the #1 pick, barring some horrible falter, but i dont think his college career will be as spectacular as some are predicting.

ph90702I think Kansas will go to the Sweet 16. They’re losing all of their starters. So, next year should essentially be a rebuilding year. Selden and Wiggins will probably be one and done, but their other four recruits should be back.

jayhovaoneParticipantWell Mclemore averaged 16 pts a game as a freshman for kansas last year with upperclassmen help. All of those guys are gone. With that said i can see Wiggins average 17-20pts per game for this kansas team and then leading them to the final four with wayne seldon.

RUDEBOY_ParticipantHow far Kansas goes next year might not all depend on Wiggins…But on rather or not Tharpe can give them consistent solid point guard play……

BasketballJunkie224Participantmclemore had a better scoring package than wiggins tho IMO, he was a better shooter and that allowed him to put points up quick but i think that andrew wiggins will have a phenomenal freshman year and average at least 16 ppg, sometimes its easy to forget that the college game is 8 minutes shorter than the nba and the shot clock is longer allowing teams to ‘waste’ time so scoring 15+ ppg in college is pretty good IMO especially considering college teams are ussually more ‘careful’ with each posession
