he_gets_bucketsParticipantWith his decision imminent, last chance for you to place your bets on where he goes. The glory of getting it right and the shame of getting it wrong, take your picks gentlemen.
I’m of the opinion he goes to FSU, with his parents coming in, the fact that both his parents went there and that he would be a star along side his friend Xavier Rathan Mayes, I think it all spells a Florida destination for Wiggins.

SnowtaParticipantWould love for him to go to KU and see what he could do paired up with Selden and Embiid. That being said, I think he picks FSU too.

orangeshadow83ParticipantAs much as i hate to say it I think he is going to go to Kentucky. Minutes shouldn’t be a concern to Wiggins because he will play no matter where he chooses. I think he wants to be a part of already possibly the greatest recruiting class of all time and have the best chance to win a chamionship in his one year in college. I hope I am wrong because I would love to see what he does on FSU, but I think hes going to Kentucky.

SubZeroParticipantI’m a Kentucky guy, but I actually don’t want him to go there, same as Wreckless. I want to see what he can do primarily on his own. I would love to see him go to Kansas because I’ve always liked them and Bill Self has always been my favorite coach, but I think he’s going to FSU. Anywhere he goes has its perks:
UK-win a championship, would be pretty much a simulation of an NBA team
KU-be able to show what he can do as the star with a couple other really good players, be coached by IMO the best coach in America
FSU-could show what he can do as the focal point of a defense and carry a decent FSU team into the tourney, follow his parents’ footsteps, play with his best friend
UNC-create one of the biggest head-to-head rivalries in college basketball since Bird and Magic with Jabari Parker

qDizzle32ParticipantAs a big Kentucky fan I’d love to see Wiggins in Lexington next year but I just don’t see it happening. UNC will be the best fit for him. Marcus Paige is the type of PG who looks to get others involved before he’ll score. Not a better player but a better fit for Wiggins than Andrew Harrison because Paige would get him involved more and Harrison is more of a scoring PG. I’m expecting a breakout year from PJ Hairston and I know James McAdoo did not reach his expectations but I still see him having a great college career. At the center position it’s a little unknown who should get that starting spot. I’d go with Isaiah Hicks even though he is definitely more of a PF than C. I find Joel James being overrated, he can alright but he is nowhere close to being a first round pick as early as next year. Kennedy Meeks looked alright in the MDAA game but he is just so overweight that I see him struggling. Not saying he will be another Renardo Sidney or Joshua Smith but he is quite similar to them. I see potential in Brice Johnson but I wouldn’t say he’d be able to start next year. The only reason why Desmond Hubert got minutes last year is because of how limited they were down low. Plus everybody would love to watch the legendary rivalry between UNC and Duke with Wiggins going against Parker as well.
Starting 5:
C Isaiah Hicks
F James McAdoo
F Andrew Wiggins
G PJ Hairston
G Marcus Paige2nd String:
C Joel James
F Brice Johnson
F JP Tokoto
G Leslie McDonald
G Nate Britt0 - Posted on: Mon, 05/13/2013 - 8:42am #773347

mrhancocParticipantWell if Wiggins wants to win it all, go to Kentucy or UNC……FSU and Kansas are out! Just being real Kentucky and UNC are the only two schools within his choices that can win it all and more. Kentucy is already looking like a title contender on paper with or without Wiggens, so if he don’t pick Kentucky then I would think he will go to a school that will atleast have a chance to beat Kentucy if they ran into them in the final four or before then……and the only team left on his list that is capable of that seems to be UNC. Honestly just think about this ” which team between UNC and Kansas has the best chance of taking down Kentucky with Wiggins on their rostet? my answer is UNC hands down and don’t think Kansas has a chance even with Wiggins on Kansas’roster………and that has lead me to believe its Kentucy or UNC if he wants to win it all, but really I think Wiggens as a player will do good where ever he goes and its not as big of a tipping scale as people think regardless of what scholl he pics b/c right now Kentucy is the fav. and the only pick that can dispute that in minds is if he picks UNC, not Kansas or FSU

ncballerHonestly UNC is the perfect fit for him. A clutch pass-first PG who turned it on late in the season. Maybe the best shooter in the country at the 2 an experienced 4 and some developing bigs. Wiggins would be perfect there.
PG Paige
SG Hairston
SF Wiggins
PF Macao
C JamesTop 5 team right there.
I think the other fit would be KU. Possibly the best in game coach in the country, young talent. He would step in and be the man. Not a lot of high expectations due to losing a lot. If they make it to the sweet 16 he is a hero.
PG Tharpe
SG Seldon
SF Wiggins
PF Ellis
C EmbiidTop 20 team right there.
Kentucky is obviously full of talent. I have heard that he and the twins don’t get along. Supposively a vine video was posted where Aaron Harrison emphatically said “f andrew wiggins”. Talent wise they are a top 3 team, but idk if the egos would let them reach their potential.
PG Harrison
SG Harrison
SF Wiggins
PF Randle
C WCSTop 3 team?
FSU, I understand there are family ties, but with Wiggins they are still just a 10 seed at best IMHO. The offense is the absoulute worst fit from his final 4 to showcase him and it will make me angry if he goes there.
PG Miller
SG Thomas
SF Wiggins
PF White
C TurpinMaybe a tourney team?
If he wants to a championship it’s either UNC or UK, with UNC being the better fit (he is really good friends with Britt and Meeks, he would have a lot more fun there than UK IMHO). I got a feeling that Kansas pulls this one out though. Still praying for UNC.

kmp07sParticipantI like how people are already deeming certain schools can/can’t win a championship.
Have you ever seen the NCAA tournament? You don’t know who is going to win it after the field is set. Much less wayyy before the regular season even starts.
