     Do the Timberwolves make sense?

He could play the backup point and guard twos while barea plays the two.

Wolves could offer package of either Shved, Muhommed, and/or a pick.

Wolves could use a veteran presence while going the playoffs.

Only questions to me are is it enough to get him and will the twolves bench have enough shooting with him and mbah moute on the bench?

I know more fans would hope he ends up with Warriors to play a Jarret Jack role from last year.

As much as I love Dre I don’t really think the Timberwolves need depth at the point, they need some decent wings (Budinger would help here) and especially a back up big resembling an actual Nba player (no one here).

Not a bad idea, but the Wolves need a quality starting PG, not another solid backup. In order to make that trade work, which wouldn’t be too hard because the Professor’s contract is only partially guaranteed for 2 million next year, they should be targeting a backup PG or starting SG, not that Alexey Shved would be a good option.

An idea would be Miller to the Bucks for Gary Neal (who is on the trade block and better than Randy Foye) and Miroslav Raduljica to make salaries work.
