I honestly don't see what's so ancient about it. Looks like a hesation crossover, pretty common, but it did look a little wierd the way he did it, but it's a normal crossover for the most part.
It looked like he faked the in and out, then hesitated, then made his cross, correct me if I'm wrong.

If you watch Bull's games you will see Derrick Rose use the fake in n out to crossover dribble alot.

Ancient NBA Crossover at 1:20 min lol. I'm fascinated by the old dribbling moves of the NBA if anyone else find 'ancient NBA crossover' videos can you please post them up :)
