knicksfreakParticipantWho would you take?

auberParticipantThis isn’t even close. I’m one of the few people who would even take Favors over Wall Right now.

knicksfreakParticipantBoth were hyped up going into college. Assuming they have similar stats I have to go will Aminu because of his character and negative rumors about Favor’s character. Some people think Favors could have a higher ceiling though.

ball4life66ParticipantWhere did you hear negative rumors about Favors’s character? That is 100% untrue he has never had any problems and is one of the few players that never talks junk. He will put up better stats than Aminu did his freshman year, mark it down.
Josh Smith is a horrible comparison to Favors. Thinks of a little bit smaller Dwight Howard but with a better post game than Howard at the same stage.

sheltwon3ParticipantFavors has been compared to Durant but i have not seen him play outside of highlights though

butidonthavemoneyFavors all the way. It’s not even close for me.

draftnikParticipantIf it was me, I would go for Aminu. The inside/outside capability he brings to the table should make him an All-Star for years to come in the League

GreenLanternParticipantI’ll take Aminu. Favors has been compared to Josh Smith, which may or may not be the highest complement depending on who you are asking…

JNixonParticipantFavors will be a force next year, and then he will have a good or maybe great NBA career

HueBoND 2001ParticipantFavors compares to Durant goodness god know…I havent seen him put the ball on the floor without his back to the basket…This guy is a big time low post threat. SHARIFF ABDUL RAHIM on the grizzlies is a good comparison
Im liking Aminu though his post game is mediocre correct me if im wrong can anyone say poor mans Carmelo Anthony ???????

JNixonParticipantYea, Favors is like Shareef thats a good call. Better than the Durant comparison. Where did that come from? But Aminu wont be that good because he doesnt have the skill on offense. He could become a defensive specialist though, but I dont think he is good offensively

gatorheelsParticipantFavors

maravich44ParticipantFavors, but certainly not over Wall!

butidonthavemoneyI have never heard about any character problems. If anybody has a link to prove he does I would be interested.
Favors reminds me of Alonzo Mourning.

gatorheelsParticipantI haven’t heard of any character problems either. I don’t think Favors is anything like Durant or Josh Smith. I’m not an expert on Favors, I’ve only seen him play once. I can’t remember if it was the McDonalds game or the Jordan Classic game where I saw him. Anyways he dominated in the low post. Very long athletic player with some quality skills. I know you can’t really take too much from a game like the McDonalds or Jordan game because the players aren’t trying their hardest but Favors was impressive.
