    I was thinking the other day who the LA Clippers should get as a coach and I thought Alvin Gentry would be good, now it seems as though he is interested.

    Lionel Hollins (MEM)
    Mike Malone (GSW)
    Byron Scott (CLE)
    are on top of my list

    but yes Alvin Gentry is a good coach.. he just didn’t have much to work with in PHX

    Brian Shaw is up there for me but I like the idea of Gentry, don’t forget he took the Suns to WCF only three years ago.

    Take a spurs Assistant who learned from Popovich or a Skott Skiles desciple because they are the two best coaches and the clippers need a coach along those lines if they want to compete for the championship.
