r377ParticipantWhat do you guys think of Alex Len ?
I haven’t seen him play this season yet, but statically he looks to be off to a good start…

Lebron’s HairlineParticipantHe’s a big mobile center with nice range and soft touch around the basket, he’s also a good rebounder and shotblocker. Needs to add weight to his frame like most young centers but he has a ton of scoring potential

kobyzParticipantfrom what i see of him he’s similar to Jonas Valanciunas, a little softer.

JoeWolf1Way more skilled, he’s got a nice array of post moves and the ability to shoot 15+ feet away from the bucket. He has a high arching shot, especially for a big, which is pretty damn effective. He’s not soft, either, just thin, but his mobility serves him well as he’s very smart around the bucket, especially going under the rim and using it as an obstruction for the defender.
He could be something really special, a real 90’s throwback, as far as a big man being both mobile and incredibly skilled. I think he’ll be a top 3 pick by the end of the season. I think he’s a darkhorse for the #1 pick.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHaven’t watch him that much, just the last couple of minutes vs Kentucky.
Do you think he plays a bit like Meyers Leonard/B.J. Mullens?

JoeWolf1Neither, kind of a poor man’s Tim Duncan. He really is a throwback, much more skilled than Mullins or Meyers.

HitsterParticipantHe has the size and the upsize to go very high in the draft, no doubt all the white big guy issues will be discussed but he looks very promising already. As regards draft status, he could literally go anywhere in the lottery from top 3 to 14-15. Personally I see him at 5 or 6 at the moment.

BasketballJunkie224Participantyea noel looked like a typical college freshman in that game. not someone expected to go top 3 in the draft
