yea ...idk hes a good player and all but hes just too much of a head case ..and hes still in college! image has alot to do with where a player gets drafted..players like darrell arthur n mario chalmers.. b4 the nbadraft camp they were projected to be at least mid 1st round draft picks.. what happened? they got caught with weed in their hotel room and dropped to 27th n 34th.. even mike beasley who was suspected of being in the room with them..ther were questions about his character which i think played a part in the bulls choosing derrick rose over him.. i maen either way the bulls were getting rose coz hes jus 2 nasty. i liek devendorf tho but at best i see him as a mid 2nd rd pick if he can somehow be a model student.. and stop beating girls upp lmaooo.. ok thats not a funny topic but yea. unlikely. he jus looks mad thuggish hahaa

IN A NBA DRAFT CAMP WHERE SCOUTS ARE EVALUATING PROSPECTS NOT ONLY BASED ON THEIR ABILITIES BUT CHARACTER AS WELL?josh howard smokes weed so what he already had a contract n all that.... not only was mario projected to be the #15 player selected in NBADRAFT.NET's mock draft.. but he was getting some serious looks from Sacramento Kings at the 12 spot.. u kno the kings.. who pg is beno urdih..u got it on Arthur il give u that.. but for chalmers to "just so happen fall" to Miami" cmon now.
Chalmers most likely spot was going to be late in the 1st to the Spurs and when they took George Hill instead of him he dropped to Miami. Most of the teams that were drafting in the 20's in the first round had other needs before taking someone they were expecting to be a back up PG.
Looks like Devendorf is killing Louisville at the half. Not jocking, just saying. And many people say he won't make the league, but remember, he's the best in America at shooting and driving to the basket with his LEFT hand. Who's better. It helps to make up for the lack of athleticism.

He didn't hit that woman, had you done your research, you would know she lied to police, which is why Devendorf wasn't expelled from school. He was never arrested by campus or the city of Syracuse police. And he plays the shooting guard position and he's really a point guard. Who is your team. I don't see them making any noise?
And JJ Redick was a shooter. Devendorf is a driving. But he defers to Flynn, so he settles for more jumpshots. Man, what kind of analysis are you. Stop listening to Jay Bilas and Digger Phelps. You keep saying Devendorf hits women (a lie), the only thing he hits is JUMP SHOTS!!!!!!!!
Devendorf and Syracuse are going to lose. Crap, I feel bad for his gf. He's probably going to take it out on her. Anyways, please don't ever compare this guy to JJ Reddick. JJ is arguably the best shooter ever in college basketball and still holds the ACC scoring title. Lol get off his ****.

Lister, Eric is a point guard who can drive to the basket and get his shot off! Redick couldn't do that. I didn't say Devendorf is the best player in college basketball. I said he will probably get drafted and therefore, should be on this Web site. Redick was OK, but he had help from all of the other Duke players. If Eric cuts down on his turnovers, especially if Flynn declares for the draft, he can be a player. He will probably be our point guard next season.
r u like eric devendorfs cousin? friend? aspiring agent? if u really think devendorf is gonna be drafted and/or actually make an nba team..well, u are in for a very dissapointing 2010 draft.. u say hes capable of driving? can u honestly see him doing that in the nba .. his best chance of even landing a sumemr league team would be as a sg who can spread the floor with his shooting.. if he did play pg he would a defensive liablity bcoz hes not quick or strong enough to stay with his man.. hes lucky boheim loves playing 2-3 so much
i don't think he gets drafted. he'd be lucky to get picked somewhere in the 2nd round. he should showcase his passing at the rookie camp if he wants to get in the league. he's big for the pg position so he'd surely give opposing defenders a hard time.

Like I posted yesterday (No love for Devendorf), Eric Devendorf deserves a little more credit. Has anyone seen him play this week.
There's many people on this year's and next year's mock drafts that won't be drafted. However, reguardless of how he'll pan out in the NBA, he will be drafted. Don't forget he was Syracuse's point guard in 2007, and if Jonny Flynn declares for the 2009 draft, it will again be his team. And don't forget he was the point guard (leading scorer) for the number 1 highschool basketball team in nation while at student at Oak Hill Academy.
Anyway, he's a good passer and only needs to cut down on his turnovers to convert back to 6-3 point guard in the NBA.
