Stojakovicfor3ParticipantAdrian Wojnarowski reports that the Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to a 2 year $6 million contract with Lavoy Allen.
Good Move. He was one of the most underrated free agents IMO

ChewyParticipantI thought there might be a team that will throw way too much money at him (6-8 mil range). Nice re sign for a young 76ers team.
Speaking of hustle players… what do you think Reggie Evans is going to get with his soid playoff performance?

Tha King2121ParticipantGreat move for my Sixers, Wish it was 3 years 9mil, but it will do.
He just tweeted saying Omar Asik signed to the Rockets for 3 years 25 mil. Thats crazy, way too much. The bulls have 3 days to match it

Stojakovicfor3ParticipantOh, my bad. I posted about that Asik deal before I saw this. So I hope you don’t think I stole this from you

220ParticipantLooks like there will be a four man big guy rotation (assuming Hawes doesn’t re-sign, which I think they shouldn’t bother with particularly if they’re forced to overpay). Vucevic, Moultrie, Allen, and Brand…with Young and Harkless at PF in the small ball line-ups.

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantDon’t get me wrong Lavoy was a revelation and we had to bring him back, but at 3 million per season over the next two years we’re paying him Top 10 pick money…He was a nice contributor to our playoff run and I do believe he has some nice offensive skill and he brings defensive energy and rebounding at the Pf/C spot, but I would have offered him a 3 year/6 million dollar contract, 2 mil per season over 3 years…
It’s just the 1st move this offseason, I really don’t want to resign Hawes(maybe a Sign and trade so we don’t lose him for nothing) and Lou Williams shouldn’t be brought back if he wants a big contract either, I’d rather go after Randy Foye or OJ Mayo at this point, one of those guys could be the 6th man…I’d love for the 76ers to sign OJ Mayo and run out a lineup of
Starters-Holiday-Turner-Iguadola-Brand-Allen
Mayo(Pg/Sg)-Young(Sf/Pf)-Vucevic(C)-Harkless(Sf/Pf) and Moultrie(Pf/C)
