surveParticipantIn the past I found it fun to make custom teams such as All-UNC, All-Duke, All-Free Agent, etc…
I think I may do an All-Straight from HS team.
What are some of your custom teams?

mikeyvthedonParticipantBut, I guess you could do any you wanted. Want ideas?
Tall for their position team (would be interesting)
Short for their position team (maybe even more interesting, you would have to have Chuck Hayes at C)
Spargentina (Spanish and Argentine players)
All-Conference Teams (NCAA conferences)
Age Group Teams (Teams born in the same year or HS class)
Me personally, I usually do Fantasy Drafts in Association, and I download draft classes. I tweak the classes to try to make them as realistic as possible, which is time consuming and gets boring. Nonetheless, it is fun to me, but I tend to abstain from custom teams.

mikeyvthedonParticipantNot to challenging:
PG Earl Boykins, Nate Robinson, JJ Barea, Isaiah Thomas (Rookie, but if you create him), Aaron Brooks, Ty Lawson (Whoever on this listed is listed at 6 feet, is a lie)
SG Monta Ellis (Especially if weight is considered), Jason Terry, Ben Gordon, Roddy Buckets, Allen Iverson (believe he was still in the game?)
SF Carlos Delfino, Ime Udoka, Corey Maggette (listed at 6’6 on ESPN, use your imagination), Reggie Williams, CJ Miles, Lazar Heyward
PF Carl Landry, Paul Millsap, Dante Cunningham, Jason Maxiell (Seeing that the game probably does not factor in his colossus arms), Luke Harangody, Renaldo Balkman, Jon Brockman
C Chuck Hayes, DeJuan Blair, Joey Dorsey, Anthony Tolliver, Louis Amundson, Kurt Thomas, Joel Anthony, Josh Powell and, of course, the classic, Ben Wallace
That should be a start, again, use of imagination usually needed with teams with really broad classifications.

mikeyvthedonParticipantMore challenging in real life than in a video game, but I get you. Joe Johnson for SG would probably be a better choice than Corey Brewer, pretty sure he is a SG in the game (as he is in life). Is Reke a PG in the game as well? I guess one would maybe count Wall as tall for PG at 6’4. Other possibilities:
SG S-Jax (He is more SF now, but definitely can play SG)
SF Austin Daye (dude is LONG), Peja
PF Andray Blatche (Dude is big. Might not be 7, but he is close), LaMarcus Aldridge (long as heck too), Greg Monroe (if he is listed at PF)
C Roy Hibbert, Hasheem Thabeet, Hamed Haddaddi, Kyrylo Fesenko, Joel Przybilla
Just a few possibilities. I think SG would certainly be better off with my two guys, though.

Snubs15ParticipantI like the all small team. That would be challenging to play with. I would add Shawn Marion as a PF. He’s listed at 6’7 which is pretty undersized.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantI’ve made an All Brazilain Team, All European Teams(mostly Slovik countries) and of Course the Infamous Spargentina Team Mikey made reference to…I’ve also done all University Teams ala All U Conn, UNC and Duke…during franchise fantasy drafts I tend to pick regionally, like if Charlotte has the pick I’d go with a Duke’UNC player…I’ve even taken the long hard road to craeting my own unique league and players, normally I used real people as the Models/Names and back story…sure it takes some imagination but Im sure we’ve got plenty of that go around…Mikey you are in my custom league my friend, you are a 6’9 pf/C with great range and little to no athletic upside but you can make it rain Visenburgers in any arena…

mikeyvthedonParticipantWell, more of a 5’9 F/C in real life (probably truly a 3), but that does sound like what I would do if I were 6’9. I am not a horrible athlete, but I certainly was not blessed with the fastest of fast twitch reflexes. I certainly am never afraid to guard a taller player, and actually prefer playing post defense as opposed to playing perimeter D. Definitely a lot more strong than I am fast. Shooting has always been my thing, and I like to think I can handle the rock. Plus, I definitely think I have a penchant for leading people to the right spot and finding the open man passing. Glad to know I am making it rain Visenburgers, I would certainly hope that were the case!
