I might get negged but I dont think blake griffins game is made for the international game and doesnt really provide much defense for the team, once again maybe he improves his defense and gets a consistent jump shot but so far he does play much defense and has a slightly below average foul line jump shot. I think that if demarcus cousins develops and matures this year he would be a better fit or someone else who has a decent mid range game and plays defense. Also I think steph curry is good enough to be on it but I think they would be better served having a defender and all around player off the bench like Kawhi leonard or some other great defender and all around wing player to play the igudala role. The big thing they have stressed is the best team not best players.

I really think they should pass on Gay. Other than score, he doesn’t do much else and the team already has plenty of guys that do that. I like the first team the OP suggested except with Leonard instead of Gay.

Honestly i know this is going to sound crazy but the they should pick up Parsons. His game fits the european style so well, he’s versatile, can defend, can shoot the 3 and that would be a great role player off the bench
