I know its early, maybe a little to early, but I am excited for this upcoming season in college basketball. But I have heard alot of heated debate on who is no. 1 in the acc and all that good stuff, but i would like to get it in a national sense and I am curious to who other people think belongs in the top 10. I know this can be disputed with alot of teams in different spots but Id like to see what everyone has to say and kind of reach a consensus.
