     The Wizards and Kings

What do you do if your them?

The Wizards are almost a lock for a top 3 pick and whos knows what they will do with there roster and who they will keep. I havent seen Vesely play, does any one know if he has been doing good? And Javale McGhee could really be another Tyson Chandler and perfect lob man for J-Wall.The shooting guard position is more of a chucker spot for the Wizards with Nick Young and Jordan Crawford but both could become great player if they figure out how to play basketball in a teams way instead of inividually.

As for the Kings I think they are babying Damarcus Cousins to much and letting him get his way everytime. But they could have great postmen with Cousins ,Thompson and Hickson. At the Sf spot is a lil iffy right now .BUT the guards position is just crazy with Evans and Thorton in the game…….I dont think I have actually seen them get close to get a 24 second shot clock violation.Pshh I havent even seen the 24 second shot clock even get to 10 seconds yet.Dont get me wrong Thorton and Evans are great players but at this point right now there not team players. It seems like the Kings were at there best with Isaiah Thomas and Jimmer in the game at the same time ,they both actually pass the ball around and Isaiah Thomas is Barea 2.0 in the making .He is more quicker and more athletic then Barea but not near the shooter Barea is.

BUT all in all both these teams are loaded with talent but are both screwed up, not discipline and dont play team ball.

Jimmer is my favorite player and I wish he was somewere else because that Kings team is selfish …..He would be killing it if was on the Lakers,Knicks or Heat

I think each team has what the other lacks. The Wizards lack personnel and need to bring in guys that want to win, I’ll admit I had Wiz making playoffs and boy is that blowing up in my face LOL. The Kings are opposite they have the personnel, but they need a coach who is going to make DMC more appealing to Reke/Thorton/Salmons rather than this guard play, shoot the first slight open shot I see everynight.

In order for any change to happen to both of these teams, the current coaches need to leave. The Kings’ coach already has. Hopefully their new coach (whoever it is, Smart is the interim coach) will be a veteran one that can get the Kings to prominence again.

I also think that Flip Saunders is on the hot seat and will be fired soon. This is the first step. Hire a veteran coach that can totally transform both teams to prominence again.

The second step is to trade or get rid of any player that isn’t willing to develop a team game. That would be DMC, Young, McGee, Blatche.

The third step is to draft players that are sensible players not idiots, but mature, adult players, that actually have a good head on their shoulders as well as a great fit with current team leaders (Wall and Tyreke)

The fourth step is to sit back, watch, enjoy and hope that the coach, players, and draft picks blossom and therefore get both of these teams back to prominence again.

(Second and third steps are interchangeable)

Both teams are very young mind you, I think that’s the reason for their struggles on the court, they just are not as good as most teams. Both don’t play team basketball at all, it’s too much iso dribble, and their defenses are no bueno either.
