he was playing in Venezuela last year
and he never even averaged double figures in the nba, much less 20ppg……..
He got traded from the DBacks to the Brewers a couple months ago to fill in at 2B after weeks got hurt and to give counsell and mcgehee the platoon at 3rd.

no OP is right about the name, felipe lopez played for st. john’s then in the nba for 5 seasons from 1998-2002, he was highly regarded coming out of high school but never did anything in the league.
I have seen games where he played and he did well in Minnesota. His game just did not translate over I guess.
