    Here is my list, Excluding Shaq (he is near retirement) and Yao (future uncertainty)

    Low Post

    Tim Duncan (Great moves, pumps fakes, counters etc)
    Al Jefferson (tremendous counter moves)
    Kevin Garnett (Incredible spins)
    Brand ( Hopes he gets healthy this season)
    Howard ( Not many post moves, but im including him because of his physical dominance)

    High Post

    KG (again, his turnaround jumper is just special)
    Dirk ( turn around jumper is one of the best in NBA)
    Duncan
    Bosh
    Jefferson

    Developing players to be in this list in a couple of years in no particular order:

    Kevin Durant (high post)
    K.Love (low)
    Hawes (low)
    B.Lopez(low)
    Bynum (he is the best of this bunch right now)
    Bargnani (more on the High Post)

    And tell me Howard deserves to be there over Gasol. Say what you want about Gasol, but his post moves are top notch in the game, and he can use either hand.

    Boozer has good high post moves as well

    he really devoloped a great jumper.

    Every forgets about Amare Stodamire as well

    kobe has the best footwork in the league. . in the high post he’s great
    chauncey billups has always been able to back down other points
    lebrons fadaway in the post is unstoppable
    melo has a great high post game. .
    shaq’s always been a beast down low
    dirk in the high post is in the top 10 because his jumper is so good
