My realistic/hopeful free agency & draft result for Orlando

I reside in Orlando, and have been a fan of the franchise for many years. I’m excited that Orlando was able to land a coach of Frank Vogel’s caliber this offseason, and that they have the potential to use $40million in cap room this offseason.. so they’re likely going to be very active and aggressive in FA.  Below are the moves I would like Orlando to make, and what I think are realistic for them to achieve:

1.) Joakim Noah: 4yrs, 44million.

• Frank Vogel said he wanted tough guys, and Noah has something to prove. I think he could be HUGE for this young team that lacks veteran players with deep postseason experience. He is a realistic target for the Magic with his Central Fl history (Gators)

2.) Terrence Jones: 3yrs, 28million

• He had a terrible season last year, battling numerous injuries & position battles against Capella & Motiejunas. However, Jones showed me considerable upside in 2013-14, and 2014-15 when he was healthy & was contributing toward winning basketball in Houston.. plus he is only 24 years old. I really like him as a small ball PF or C for an Orlando team that has recently been very vocal about playing fast, up & down basketball

3.) Chandler Parsons: 4yrs, 72million

• 18 million per year could be low for Chandler, but I think he would entertain playing for Orlando at this price tage. He would be either the #1 or #2 option on offense, and can play multiple positions. He’s #3 on my list due to likelihood of happening being at less than 50% but I think he could be a pretty decent fit.

4.) Matt Barnes: 3yrs, 18million

• Orlando is overpaying here, but I love the grit and veteran presence he could bring to this team. Surprisingly, this would be Barnes’ largest contract of his career. 

5.) #11 Pick: Draft either Jakob Poetl or Deyonta Davis
