OhCanada-ParticipantThe Grizzlies need perimeter scoring in a bad way so this pick would seem to be between Beasley and Korkmaz. I feel like Beasley will adjust to the NBA game quicker than Korkmaz while having a similar ceiling as a scorer a lower ceiling as a playmaker and a higher ceiling as a defender. Beasley is the pick here.

OhCanada-ParticipantTo me the next 5 picks are pretty obvious.
Memphis-Beasley
Detroit-Labissiere
Denver-Korkmaz
Indiana-Baldwin
Atlanta-ZizicAlthough it definitely wouldn’t be the first time I was wrong but they all seem like great fits, gifts almost.

mamadouParticipantYep big time….
Multi position, all around game, D, and more of a scorer mentality/ceiling than given credit for.
When i see Iggy finals MVP and now +49 in 2 games, Luwawu is definitely a 25th pick in that weak ass draft…
If conley is gone, they’ll take the best PG available….
Go for the consensus Beasley, even if he is not suited for the half court game and i want him to the pacers.

HitsterParticipantThe Grizzles have a slightly ageing frontcourt so I’m going with Skal as this looks about his draft range.

SubZeroParticipantMan, the Grizzlies need help everywhere. I’m going with Timothe Luwawu cause I think he’s gonna be a stud, and they could use some help in the backcourt

juves4783Participanti’m going skal. add some frontcourt depth behind randolph and gasol. he’s probably got the highest ceiling of any player left as well.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantThis team really needs help everywhere. They seriously lack backcourt depth and Conley might leave in free agency. They badly need shooters on the wing and their frontcourt is aging. Unless they can strike it big in free agency, I think a serious reboot is in the near future.
I would tend to lean toward skal here, as he is the prospect left with the most upside imo. Let him develop under Randolph and gasol (assuming they are both in Memphis much longer). Beasley, luwawu, and korkmaz would all be decent selections as well.

dremill24ParticipantMalik Beasley.
Nice shooter and athlete. He’s young with a lot of potential but I think he has a higher floor than some of the other options. Memphis has lacked shooting for a long time and if Conley comes back they should be back in the playoffs again, where Beasley can help stretch the floor.

Pacersfan22ParticipantMalik Beasley makes sense here, however I’m going with Wade Baldwin. He shot over 40% from 3 both seasons at Vanderbilt and he could be an insurance policy to Conley if they lose and if they retain Baldwin he can play the 2 next to him.

sweaterflexParticipantThe Grizzlies need shooting, athleticism, playmaking, and a potential star, and only Wade Baldwin gives them a chance at it all. His advanced stats also translate well, which I’m sure Memphis’s VP John Hollinger noticed.

nill650ParticipantBeasley ,Luwawu,(and Korkmaz if he stays in the draft which is looking less likely), should all be gone before this spot.
And despite all 3 available in this game I think there is a strong possibility they would take Richardson here regardless.

benny15Participantim going with luwawu. think the grizz will try to continue on their small ball approach and that means needing wings who can board as well as shoot from the outside for spacing. unfortunately, taureen was taken already a pick ahead since thats who i really want them to get

DolanCareParticipantSkal. I’m a fan of Beasley but Skal could be special if he can toughen up and get his mind right. The grindhouse may be the perfect environment where he can learn from Gasol and Randolph, not being rushed back to the court.
