dmo21ParticipantSpurs: Paul to pair with Havlicek.
Lakers: Paul (if he’s gone, Kidd) to throw oops for Ewing.I hope it is okay that I do my second pick like that. So it’s Paul for pick 31 and Paul/Kidd for pick 32.

ZachAttackParticipantLet’s do these 1 pick at a time next time. I completely forgot about team fit… So we’ll do both picks this time, then starting tomorrow one pick a day…

dmo21ParticipantI think it would be wise to still keep doing 2 a day so this doesn’t take forever. It’s not that hard to word a response like mine. Plus it won’t happen all the time due to team fit (happened this time as both teams could use Paul).

gabriel_akvaParticipantOscar Schmidt and Pistol Pete Maravich.
C’mon guys. Oscar Schmidt never played an NBA game, but he’s an FIBA HOF, he’s the player with most points in the history of basketball. Search for him on Youtube if you don’t know what I’m talking about.

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantSpurs take Sabonis with the first pick in the second round. Him and Hondo make up the core of a typical Spurs team, selfless, willing to pass, defend, shoot and carry a heavy workload.
Knicks take Rick Barry. Crazy to think that Ewing’s best teammates during his prime were Mark Jackson, Charles Oakley and John Starks, literally nobody who made more than 1 All-Star game. He will be ecstatic to have someone else on his own level.

morestealsthanscoresParticipantSpurs- George Mikan. If you’ve got a chance to take a great big man in the first two rounds, I think you take it – and there’s still a few left. (I hate myself for not reuniting Cousy and Havlicek here. So should you.)
lakers – I’m going for Rick Barry, got to surround a good big with quality scorers.

morestealsthanscoresParticipant…just realised that after these two, 7 of the next 8 teams picked guards or wings. Bill Walton, Bob Pettit, George Mikan, Willis reed, Dave cowens and Bob mcadoo should get snapped up!

ItsVictorOladipoParticipantI don’t know about that. I don’t really think there’s much value at the centre position for this stage of the draft. I don’t think the drop off from a player like Mikan to someone who could be available at the bottom of the third or later like Ming, Ben Wallace, Dwight Howard, Mutumbo, Daugherty is that much. I would rather think those teams would rather build to their strengths, and take the best talent available right now and plug the hole at center later.
That being said, some elite PFs are still available like Petitt, Hayes and McHale

invalidParticipantis this a one season experiment where like they play in their primes, or like a dynasty mode where longevity/endurance take part. because i would take grant hill if it is just based on their peak
