AdamJCallejaParticipantWho are some guys that look or looked like completely different players as far as confidence goes when they came in the league. I understand it’s a tough transition but looking at a guy like Lance Stephenson who thinks he’s capable of doing anything with the ball offensively, he certainly doesn’t lack confidence.
One guy who stands out to me is Trey Burke, now I never thought he was gonna be a stand-out guard in this league but I don’t see any of that fiery competitiveness he had in college and it bothers me.
Who you guys see lacking confidence?

Kokayne_DawkinzParticipantOtto Potter is a player that can one day challenge Tim Duncan as the most emotional less player in the league.

Hype MachineNick Anderson had 4 straight FTs to ice a finals game against the Rockets, and choked on every one.
Was never the same player again.
Kwame Brown went from talking trash to MJ, to telling Kobe not to pass him the ball cos he will miss wide open layups.

Warned2820ParticipantNick Anderson’s stats were basically the same after he missed those FTs.
Roy Hibbert.

EspressoParticipantWOW… I thought of Trey Burke as well. I was such a big fan of his dominance in college, he was unbelievable.

Kokayne_DawkinzParticipantlol remember when Waiters thought he was better than Kyrie and wanted to play for philla because he’d be their best player

phila9012ParticipantOn the opposite end of this, Beasley looks as good as he has ever looked. He is shooting over 50% and he takes tough shots, kind of forcing it sometimes and he keeps making them. He is actually rebounding too now. He is just playing to his strengths which is scoring and rebounding. He could still have a decent career. If he would have played this hard when he started he could have been a borderline all star. I think it should give hope to players on this list.

OhCanada-ParticipantI instantly thought of Devin Harris. He was balling for the Nets and even succeeded Kidd then his career plateaud at the age of 25.

mamadouParticipantWes Johnson never had any kind of confidence at first.
Williams is a bust but he’s having a solid year, finally found his niche.
Yeah the Hibbert "playing the heat" aka fake 2 time all star is really gone, worst plus minus in the league by far.
