Jazz have been talking to Rockets about trading Burke for Lawson. The Jazz would have to salary dump another player plus potentially give up a lottery pick. Lawson is set to make 13mil non guarnteed next yr. What do you guys think? Could be a good gamble for the Jazz.

Not sure it’s makes the Jazz better unless Lawson does a complete 360. No way you give up a lottery pick for him either.

    Its 360. In this sense Lawson started at excellence and made a 180 putting him into mediocrity. Another 180 and he will be back to excellence. 180+180=360.

      If you look at it from that perspective than yes, 360 is correct. But was assuming he meant a "complete 360" from where he is today, and that would put him back to his poor performance and off-court issues.

No way I do it if im the Jazz. They have a good core, Lawson could be a disaster.
Exum, Neto and Burke is a good PG core to have. Burke was finding his feet coming off the bench for scoring punch.
Lawson could be a disaster, if they did want to trade away Burke I could think of about 100 better options….
For the record a Trey Burke – James Harden backcourt would end in tears….

  yea not buying into the rumors either, but if he did get traded there I’m sure Lawson would have many sleepless nights wondering what the Mormons thought of his image….. lol a change of scenery would be nice for him tho

Pretty much agreed with the above. Would like Lawson (good gamble while his value is low), 100% wouldn’t give up a first rounder. Maybe something like Burke, Booker and/or a 2nd rounder.
