Stop_basketball_nonsenseParticipantBlake has been in a fight with his friend, so I guess we could put to rest organization chemistry issues, in.my opinion. Who hasn’t fought with their friends, & if you haven’t either your lucky or someone isn’t saying how they truly feel( not saying I specifically mean physical fighting, could be yelling).
Still clip are plating well without blake. They are especially better defensively! Blake is what this new generation calls a superstar. I think what I’m about to sat is dead on, but many will neg because of their inability to see winning attributes, &,lack of knowledge of how old school bball 80s-90s specifically is the best brand of bball. Blake is one of these ultra offensive oriented, start stuffin unable to place their team into championship contender players. I put him in the boat with kyrie, & harden.
Im not saying they aren’t elite in today’s game, but because of the lack of urgency placed on todays players if they can score to play defense, & grind we have to many soft superstars who really are not that great that get the fame. To many guys stopping & winning for calls, not playing defense &, phasing out of large portions of games. Ball stoppers, who if their shot isn’t falling their team falls apart.
To be honest Stephen curry should be grateful he has draymond, klay Thompson, iggy, bogut to cover his but on defense to allow him to be so dynamic on offense. If he had to try and play defense(emphasis on try), like he did Pryor to the past 2 years without the help of a green or Thompson, &,maybe another of their wiry players with length the warriors wouldn’t be so good.

Magic JordanParticipantWait the Warriors wouldn’t be so good if you took away their 2nd and 3rd best players. Groundbreaking stuff there.

Stop_basketball_nonsenseParticipantDuh. My point is there are too many halfway superstars who are only offensively oriented. Obviously the the warriors have constructed a super team mostly through the draft. Steph, harden, kyrie, blake, all are irritating to watch on defense. I’m a grind it out guy who just respects grinding. I’m starting to respect the going it out do it all guys over guys who just score. Take a lot of these guys off their team & put on a swiss army knife.guy or a superstar who actually can play d they will be just as good or better. EXAMPLE (Clippers)

OaktownWarriorsParticipantSure I’ve yelled at my friends, however I have never punched my friends in the face, then followed him outside to punch him again and again….so No! And I’m not sure how the Clippers issues and the Warriors can be mention in the same post? The Clippers again are involved with even more drama! First the Owner, then GM/Coach calling out the Dubs over and over again, not sure why? DeAndre major drama over the summer, Lance and Josh drama, and now more Blake drama. Are the Clippers a pro NBA team or some day-care joint?

AdamJCallejaParticipantCP3 showing he’s much more valuable to the team than Blake, Defensively Deandre is also much more valuable.

Memphis MadnessParticipantIf the Hawks are looking to blow it up, then the Clippers should take Paul Millsap, Kyle Korver, some extras (Bazemore), and picks.

ballislyfe25ParticipantThe Clippers would not be better without Blake Griffin. They were a win away from the Western Conference Finals last year and played Golden State in a tight game earlier this year. CP3 has just gotten healthy and they were trying to work in 8 new players, I believe. This talk as if he is expendable is rediculous, especially after one mistake.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantWere you drunk when you typed this?
Yes griffin made a stupid and childish mistake. Hopefully, he learns from it. The clippers have been playing inspired ball against a relatively weak schedule without him. However to suggest they are better off without him long-term is just ridiculous. He not only scores efficiently but is also one of the best passing bigs in the game and a guy you can run your half-court offense through. Don’t know where you are getting the impression from that he is this ball-stopping heavy isolation guy. The clippers without him are a borderline playoff team and with him are a top 4 team in the west.

Stop_basketball_nonsenseParticipantThey still a top 4 team in the west, and still are not constructed to win a championship.

MatosParticipantThat team with a Harrison Barnes + a nice stretch 4 off the bench could arguably win a championship.
