Okay his 27 meaning he has about 7-9 years left in him.So far he has won 3 championships and been in 3 all star games as well as having a Finals MVP. He is going into his prime now and Avearaging about 22 ppg and 7 assist. Now he is never been really put in the catergory of Hall of Fame but including his years left what do you think his odds would be of getting there?
My guess is about 60% and thats based on the fact that he has a Finals MVP and all but 3 retired players of this award have made it into the Hall of Fame and also this year will proberly be his prime year so i wouldn’t be suprised if he makes all first or all second NBA team.

I’d put his odds at about 25%. He will be overshadowed by Duncan and Robinson and the other point guards in the game today.

His life won’t be a complete washout. A man could do worse than being on championship and all-star teams, being mentioned for hall of fame consideration AND being married to Eva Longoria.

I think he will go down as a very good player that will fall short.

I believe he has a good chance because his numbers would be better on another team. He was a beast early last year with a 50 point game. He need to shore up his playmaking but I can not see why he would not get it other than he is a foreign player( i say that in a sarcastic manner) There should not be a doubt for him to be a Hall of famer, it is not like we are talking about him for 50 greatest.

There have been 0 players like him in NBA history. He is really underrated, still, and he could be the best PG in the NBA, but since he does not average a double double will continue to be ranked behind others. His odds of making the Hall of Fame should be 100%, as I would like to know what players get left out of the Hall after winning Finals MVP (Dennis Johnson and JoJo White not being inductees is a damn travesty, as is James Worthy, and Cornbread Maxwell just did not put up numbers even close to Hall Worthy for his career). He leads the NBA in points in the paint. He is 6’2 and 120 pounds soaking wet. And he massacres Eva Longoria. She should give his induction speech!

I would say that the odds are about 33% that he makes the HOF. He has the talent, and a good head start with three rings. But everything can happen between now and the end of his career. He can get hurt (his game is so much based on speed that if he loses it, his effectiveness drops), he can get traded once Duncan leaves (probably not), his stats could drop for many other reasons too. He has 16.7 ppg and 5.7 apg career averages. On the otherhand he has shot 49% on Fgs, so he is efficient.

Someone said that he would have better stats without Duncan. Not true. Duncan opens the floor for him, Duncan plays the D and grabs the rebounds to start the fast break. Duncan is on the business end of many of his assists. Basically, his stats would take a hit if/when Duncan leaves.

The 33% takes into account his accomplishments and skills. The 67% is based on everything than could cause him to miss the HOF, and the fact that his 3 championships were achieved with the help of two great players.

He has a good chance, but like dunking on a 9′ goal, there is still a ways to go.

if he can play up to 8 more years consistently, there’s a great chance he would make it. parker has dominated the paint as a pg since he started. it’s certainly helped that he had duncan and robinson making it easy for him. I think now in his career he should do the best he can and put up career bests.

4th ring or not, i’d be dissapointed if a guy of this calibur didn’t make it.
