OhCanada-ParticipantAs expected with Jonas Valanciunas sidelined with a broken hand Bebe has been recalled to the Raptors. This will be a great opportunity for him to show what his true value is and a chance to prove he belongs in the league.
Toronto does not have much depth at Center. Neither PF is able to play C (Scola, Patterson) and Biyambo at this point is a one trick pony as a strictly defensive player. I would start Nogeiura against the Clippers and arguably the best frontcourt tandem in the league and see how he reacts.
He has been playing well. His durability and stamina is questionable but in limited minutes he has shown the ability to rebound, get easy buckets down low tip ins and alley oops, he has a good standstill midrange jumper and hits free throws. Defensively his length is his key feature and he is one of the best passing bigs around. He finished with 9-assists in a d-league game the other day and at that level is playing like a Noah/Dalembert type big.

BleedGreen808ParticipantI watched his two games against the Maine Redclaws and I was impressed with his passing. He also showed a mid range jumper that the Raptors 905 announcers said they had not seen in his time with Toronto.
