     I heard this rule from my Commentor in my country about GSW can’t trade the pick because they have to draft this year from the rule that team have to draft 1 time in 3 years.
    In  2013, 2014 draft ,  GSW give boht draft to utah so this year they can trade away 1 sr round draft. 
    Is it true?

     It’s a team cannot trade away their pick prior to the selection itself for consecutive years. However, the way around this has been to draft the player the other team wants, and then trade him.
