Nate Robinson has an autobiography, it has some interesting parts and one of them is abou the predraft process.

He had gone to all the teams he had planned to, which was most of them in the NBA, and then at the last minute the Knicks wanted to have him visit.  Very tired, no sleep, hit all his shots in front of the Knicks management and then they made the moves to acquire him.

Here is what his book looks like, Heart Over Height.

Similar to how Drummond had a very late workout with the Pistons before he was drafted.

206 stand up! Nate Rob has a great story.  Intially went to UW on football scholarship and dropped football after freshman year.  Along w/ BRoy, Tre Simmons, Will Conry, and Bobby Jones led the most impressive team University of Washington has ever put together.  One of the best players to not (and never will) win a 6th man of the year award.  All this is coming from a current and die hard Washington State Cougar fan.  I will always have mad respect for UW basketball (who btw REALLY need to step up their s$&t as of late)…but that’s about it when it comes to UW.  Go Cougs! Win or Lose…
