CanadianGMParticipantHoopshype.com breaks down every contract once it becomes official July 10 th and google will tell you everything nowadays if you type in most Cap room n NBA. Just type in and voila. Miami only has Norris Cole s 2.1 million n there, so it’s Miami by quite a bit. Utah, Phoenix, Philly, Cleveland, Toronto, LA also have plenty of room.

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantThat’s pretty ironic seeing how much they spent over the last few years…
And they can go over the Cap and resign any of the big 3?
Why are the Basketball Gods so cruel lol…

TRC1991Participant^ Miami only has a ton of cap space because, currently, Norris Cole is their only player under contract

SwatLakeCityParticipantThere is a graphic on ESPN telling you which teams have a ton of cap room available. It lists them in order and I think it gives the top 10. Heat are at the top, Jazz are in 4th, but thats all I can remember. Check it out to get the exact numbers.
