Rockets restricted free agent Chandler Parsons says he expects Lebron to opt out his contract and test the Free Agent waters again…
This is on the heels of reports that say Carmelo Anthony will also opt out of the final year of his deal with the New York Knicks
Is there any merit to what Parsons is saying about LBJ? Where would Lebron even go that beats his situation in Miami?

I don’t see how this is news. A player on another team in another conference says what he thinks LeBron will do and it gets posted on NBC sports? LeBron isn’t going anywhere this summer. The only way the big 3 opt out is if they all agree to take a little less again and bring on another stud. If they can’t find another guy willing to take less then they will just all opt in and reevaluate next summer.

We knew LeBron was opting out since last summer, so this is no real revelation. Even if that happens, it doesn’t mean he’s changing teams. Besides, when did Chandler Parsons become a part-time NBA insider?

All he said is he expects that Lebron to be on a different team. It is just his opinion, he isnt trying to be an nba insider. Some people expect him to stay, some expect him to leave, we dont know untill it actually happens.

He said "I think" marking it as his opinion, its not news, he doesn’t have insider information on lebrons life, it doesn’t make him spokesman for nba free agency, IT’S AN OPINION.
