DeMarcus Cousins releasing R&B album under the name 'Boogie Smooth'

Sacramento Kings big man DeMarcus Cousins has not been wasting his free time this NBA season. Oh no. The former University of Kentucky standout is soon releasing an R&B album (!) called Misunderstood, which is perfect, under the moniker Boogie Smooth, which is somehow even more perfect.

It’s unclear if this is a single, an EP or an LP, but the lead single is called “Emotional” and it features a guest appearance from Chance the Rapper, who is an actual, well-respected rapper who has gotten good reviews from actual, well-respected music publications. The album also promises a bonus track called “Big Fellas” featuring Rick Ross, and if you’ll excuse me, I’m just going to go run ten laps around my house.
