    Baylor not only just shut down the #1 offense in the country, they completely decimated Creighton 85-55.

    Just as impressive is the fact that Baylor’s main weakness this year was 3-point FG defense (264th in the nation going into today) and Creighton shoots 42% from 3 (#1 3-point FG offense in the nation going into today). Creighton couldn’t buy a bucket from deep today yet they have torched many quality teams this year from downtown.

    This Baylor team is lethal.

    Any time you have a guy who can facilitate at the point (Chery) and a banger or two down low (Jefferson and Gathers) with size (Austin and O’Neale) and shooting (Heslip) on the wing, you can beat any squad God ever made.

    Baylor will outsize and "outathletic" Wiscansin then play a close match with Arizona, but Zona will pull of the victory and take their talents against The Ville in the Final Four.

      That was great. But this was more impressive to me. Creighton isn’t as good as Wichita State but they’re still a top 15 team who was absolutely slaughtered. I picked Kentucky to beat Wichita and I picked Baylor to advance to the Sweet Sixteen (over Louisiana, who I had beating Creighton in round 1). Not sure who I would have picked between Baylor and Creighton but I sure as heck would not have seen a 30-point drubbing courtesy of Baylor.

     Baylor did a great job but that was like high school kids against elementary school and Creighton Is great I watched them all year and was going for them  but athletic ability matters and size

      No doubt. That’s why Jamie Dixon (Pitt) and Mark Few’s (Gonzaga) Tournament success (or lack thereof) doesn’t match their great regular season accomplishments.

      Size and athleticism, particularly athleticism, is a must come Tourney Time. Pitt and Gonzaga have always had mediocre athletes despite being very good, if not, great squads.

      I know it wasn’t the case this year but Pitt and Gonzaga have been top 10 teams many times over the last decade yet have lost in the 1st or 2nd round seemingly every Tournament.

    Royce O’Neale has played great ball over the past month. He’s a very good defender, and has the ability to give the Bears whatever they may need on any given night. Most of the really dangerous teams have a defensive "glue guy" and O’Neale has really established himself as that guy towards the end of this season.
