My must follow and watch highschool prospect for the next two years is…………..

The highlights were pretty solid, but I really enjoyed the play-by-play guy’s comments. Over-the-top in a good way, like Snakes on a Plane.

VJ looks good and he certainly has potential. Though, two wing guys I like bit more are [Player: Josh Jackson] and [Player: Jayson Tatum]. Josh was fantastic at adidas Nations last summer and has had a monster sophomore year. A lot of people feel Josh might turn into a really high caliber wing prospect. Think he is faster and more athletic than VJ, from what I have seen. They both would technically be in the class of 2015 as they are born in Jan (VJ) and Feb (Josh) of 1997, though they are both 5 stars. Just feel you may be barking up the wrong tree with going crazy on a player, though time will tell.

As far as Jayson Tatum, if you are looking for a guy who may grow, he just turned 16. He is listed at 6-7 by most, though have actually heard he might be closer to 6-8, 6-9, as opposed to thinking that VJ may indeed grow those few more inches. Jayson even played point at times on the U16 team and he has great savvy/court vision. He has really blossomed as a sophomore and just has killed it, even against older competition. Great shooter, he shot over 40% from 3 and 84% from the line, as a 15 year old this season (averaging 26 ppg as well). Just think this kid is incredibly skilled, think that he, Josh Jackson, Harry Giles and Thon Maker look like the top of the 2016 class.

With [Player: VJ King], think he has a lot of things working for him though he needs to go through physical maturity, refine his ball skills and of course gain some upper body strength. This can help with rebounding and finishing through contact. He also needs work on his shot selection and ball skills, as most young kids do. My question to you is, what makes him stand out to you more so than a Josh Jackson or Jayson Tatum?

 Ive already stated on here that Ive seen VJ play in person numerous times,he has world class talent but isnt the toughest right now,he is more of a jumpshooter at this stage of his career he has pretty good athleticism but he doesnt use it all the time as he settles for jumpers far too much.

The kid everyone needs to focus on is Josh Jackson from Detroit dude is the real deal,has big time athleticism at 6’7 and is a legit 3, he will be a top 3 player when its all said and done.
