ProudGrandpaParticipantBecause Florida-Gulf Coast, that’s why.
Last year’s tournament darlings, who became the first team to reach the Sweet Sixteen as a 15 seed, are the A-Sun #1 seed and are playing Mercer (who has a better record but split the season series with FGCU) for a bid in the tournament. It’s a different-looking FGCU team this year, as Sherwood Brown and Coach Andy Enfield are gone, but could the magic still be there?? Tune in tomorrow at 2 on ESPN 2.
