• League fees are $10.
• 16 teams, 18 players per team, 10 starters
• $400 salary cap, left over salary cap can be rolled over into next years salary cap ($300 minimum, $500 max)
• 40 contract year cap, 1 to 5 year contracts, expiring contracts may be signed via a Restricted Free Agent tag (with draft pick compensation), a Franchise Player Tag (25% increase in salary) or be rewarded with an Option Year Contract (50% increase in salary)
• Free agent acquisition (daily waivers) is via a blind bidding process with a $100 budget
• Players, picks, salary cap and FAAB dollars are all tradable
• The top 8 teams make the playoffs; the bottom 8 teams play for the #1 pick in next years draft
