don042488ParticipantIs it in the league’s best interest for future star players in ’14 to land on a east coast team, like the Celtics, Sixers, Hawks, or Bobcats (soon to be Hornets) versus the Western Conference?

Anton123ParticipantYeah, the best team (Miami) was from the East this year, but the 2nd (OKC), 3rd (San Antonio), 4th (Denver), 5th (LA Clippers) and 6th (Memphis) best teams were from the West.

goldie92689ParticipantMiami’s win total is actually aided because they are not as much vs the other teams in the top win group.

CynthiaParticipantYeah but the East is just top heavy, besides 3-4 teams the East is still pretty bad. There’s teams in the West that don’t make the playoffs but if they were in the East they would. But I do think slowly they’re evening out, but will be a couple more years.

don042488ParticipantAs far as being able to see these talented future stars like Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, Julius Randle, Kuran Iveron, Jabari Bird, Marcus Smart, and etc I feel the East Coast makes you more known…A lot of people I know barely got to see Carmelo Anthony until he got to the Knicks

rwd5035ParticipantIt’s in the League’s best interest for the 2014 draft stars to play like stars, not where they went. Lebron was in Cleveland of all places and it was great for the league.

CameronCrazy11ParticipantWell for Andrew Wiggins at least, the best destination is pretty obvious to me. And that’s Toronto.

LindseyParticipantMaybe in regards to game times, and with the nationally broadcasted games the 2 half of the double header is usually in the 9-10pm range out east. It’s not that big of a deal due to the league picking schedules and what not, but perhaps having the better teams playing later at night is a ploy to boost viewership for the late night games. unlikely though.
