    In the entirety of the playoffs, Jason Kidd is 3-23 shooting (13%)

    …In the past 8 games he has played a total of 177 minutes, with a total of 0 points…That could very easily be the most amount of minutes played in a row without scoring a single point in NBA history

    I love Jason Kidd and always compared my game to his except with more scoring, but that is an amazing stat. 177 minutes and 0 points just blows my mind.

    I knew he was off, but I didn’t think it was that bad. Even Fisher has him beat…that’s umm…sad.

    Besides Melo just about every Knicks player have been playing like Crap…But you have to give the Pacers props for playing some great defense..And they have size at every position and those guys happen to be great defenders….

    With 1 game away from elimination Woodson is going to have to make some changes in the lineup and substitution patterns……Kidd should be inserted into the starting lineup,maybe that’ll help the team with better ball movement…..Jason needs to score at least 10 points in the next game..That might help take some pressure off Melo…..Copeland and Novak should be giving more playing time….

      Melo’s been playing like crap too. Shooting 39% from the field and averaging about 1.5 assists per game is horrific.

    Having watched a lot of Kidd in Dallas the past few years, I’d be more surprised if he was scoring. His scoring is limited to spot ups (ideally with one toe on the 3 point line. He is so money with one toe on the 3 point line). Against teams that won’t give him open looks on spot ups, he won’t score. The Knicks have played two teams that won’t give up a lot of open looks. So there you go.

    Time to retire for J Kidd. It’s been a very good and very long run but I think the sun is setting on his playin g days before our very eyes.
