Brandon Jennings. He’s exactly what this team needs. A Pass first point guard who can dish Al Jefferson the ball.

I think the Wolves have to take one of these players Jrue Holiday, Jennings, Tyreke Evans. I just feel that their biggest need is an elite point guard. I would take Jennings just because I think he has a ton of potential and he is a true PG. The TWolves aren’t great at SG either but Miller is still descent, Foye is tough but undersized. I wouldn’t draft a SG this high this year because I even think Brewer could play some SG once he fully recovers from injury and adjusts to the pace of the nba. A PG is what will help this team out the most. Plus with the four other picks in the draft I would go for lenght/size/athletic ability since that is some areas Gomes, Love, Jefferson might be lacking in. At 18 I would pick someone like Clark or James Johnson if they are available because they both could play SF or PF. At 28 I would probably take DaJuan Summers because once again he can play SF or PF, can shoot pretty good, very versatile. Summers could be gone so the backup plan would be to take Taj Gibson because he offers a lot of length in the post 6’10” with a 7’4″ wingspan. In the second round you have to look for role players or some international players who could develop into something special. I think picking Jerebko & Dasic would be smart. If the Wolves decide that want some immediate help I would target Leo Lyons & Carroll in the 2nd round. So to sum this up:

    6th pick- Brandon Jennings
    18th pick- Clark or Johnson
    28th pick- Summers or Gibson
    45th pick- Jerebko or Dasic
    47th pick- Lyons or Carroll

If Minnesota does this, their future looks very bright.

Jennings Dropping past 7 is a mistake waiting to happen. If he does He will be the best player from this draft class because he’s got something to prove.

I can see Minnesotas reasoning for taking Flynn over Jennings (I live in Syracuse,) but to me Jennings is just that much better of a player than the potential I see from Flynn. I can’t justify taking Curry over either of those two though. To me Currys a 2 and not a 1. Much like Randy Foye and they don’t need another tweaner.

If Thabeet somehow makes it down to 6 which I think is very unlikely Minnesota will make the fastest recorded pick in league History.

I’m not a huge fan but….. Curry. Curry and Foye can take turns off the ball. The only 3-point shooter they have is Miller. Perfect guy for Al to dish out to and Love will find him often with his great passing. Best shooter thats not a stretch.

    Terrence or Budinger at 18.

    Mullens at 28.
